We keep a tight knit team at Forbidden Harvest. As members of the Forbidden Harvest family, we will always strive to ensure that our staff are supported in their roles and are given opportunities to have some fun together as a crew - outside of the work environment.

Our perspective is that we expect a lot from our staff. Maintaining quality standards in a craft operation can't be done without a dedicated team of enthusiastic people who want to achieve the best outcome possible - and that requires a lot of hard work.

 

In return, we try to foster an inclusive environment, provide off site quarterly staff appreciation days (during work hours) and always live by the mantra "Work Hard, Play Hard".
